• During the COVID pandemic, services may be slightly different, please enquire for full details

• Currently I only work in the London area, please enquire as there may be an additional sur-charge for certain areas beyond a 30 minute radius. Please be aware any additional congestion or parking charges may be charged as extra add ons

• Please note you will need to employ a handyman for any furniture assembly or painting, I do have contacts should you wish to use them 

• For style plans you will purchase all the items needed, but I do have some trade discounts which I pass on to clients

• Prices are personalised,  every home and family is different, and therefore I cannot give an estimation until an initial video call consultation has been arranged. This is usually a 15 minute consultation over video call, where you will talk about what you need help with and show me around the affected areas. 

• No refunds. You must give 3 weeks notice if you wish to change the date, otherwise an admin charge may be payable

• A 50% deposit is required to book in a consultation and full payment is required upfront for Style & Virtual Plans. Final payment is required 7 days after the job is completed.
